Macao’s economic recovery is set to receive a boost as 100,000 visitors are expected to attend 15 upcoming MICE events, according to Travel and Tour World.

Mega MICE events such as the 13th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum and the 2022 Guangdong & Macao Branded Products Fair have been lined-up in June and July.

Other MICE events include big health industry, information technology, tourism, arts, culture and business and trade.IPIM at the time of the event will host exhibitors and trade visitors to witness Macao’s exclusive culture by exploring the local community shops.

The return of events is set to have a spillover effect on other sectors such as catering and hotel, thus further boosting the recovery of Macao’s economy.
