On 25 July, over 600 students and mid-career professionals came together for the Singapore MICE Development (SMD) 2025 — a half-day programme dedicated to inspiring, connecting, and empowering the next generation of MICE professionals.

Participants explored career opportunities through the SMD Marketplace, gained insights from industry leaders during Lightning Talks, and connected with participating companies, employers, and institutions across the MICE ecosystem.
