THE CHEVRONS is a MINDEF-related Organisation. The core purpose of the club is to provide social and recreational facilities for SAF Warrant Officers, Specialists, Military Experts, and their families, to foster interaction and strengthen bonds among them.
The club is equipped with functional facilities ranging from social to sporting amenities, such as function rooms, karaoke, lounge, spa, gym, bowling alley, chalets, swimming pool, etc.

F&B Executive (Jnr)
Reporting to the Manager / Asst Manager, you are to assist in day to day operations of the outlets (including daily opening and closing) and execute his / her duties in their absence.
Responsible for the general appearance, orderliness, cleanliness and proper set up of the outlets and its related areas.
Conduct daily checks on outlets before and after operations to ensure all cash floats, equipment, fixtures, stocks and glassware etc are in order and to be held accountable on the daily perpetual inventory of the outlets.
Check all equipment located or used in the outlets and request immediate repairs when necessary and make every attempt to prevent the loss or damage of Club's property.
Ensure no absence of Club's equipment within the outlets.
Ensure sufficient stock for daily food & beverage sales and all sales are properly accounted for at established price.
To report daily sales, events and incidents to your immediate superior.
Train and supervise all service and bar staff in the outlets, ensuring that they adhere to and provide the required grooming and service standards and minimise irregularities in the handling of monies.
Handle and follow up feedback from members or guests.
Monitor sales targets.
Handle and troubleshoot the POS and KOD systems.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by your Manager / Asst Manager.
At least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in F&B Management.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in F&B in a similar capacity.
Must possess WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
Good organisation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of liquor, wine and mixed drinks.
Computer knowledge in MS Office & Outlook.
Able to perform shift work on week nights, weekends and public holidays.
